What is Freemasonry?
A freemason (or mason) is a member of a brotherhood with
roots in ancient times. Freemasons make a life time
committment to kindness in the home; honesty in business;
courtesy in society; fairness in work; pity and concern for the
unfortunate; resistance towards the wicked, help for the weak;
trust in the strong, forgiveness for the penitent, love for one
another and, above all, reverence and love for God.
Freemasons may never ask another person to join the fraternity.
A person must make their own free choice with no persuasion to
be a freemason.
